MCAD and reDesign – AIGA Minnesota’s Sustainability Program have teamed up to bring you thought-provoking, informative films on sustainability issues and solutions.
December 1st: FRESH
“We all know about the problems with the American food system, but what about the solutions? FRESH is a bracing, even exhilarating look at the whole range of efforts underway to renovate the way we grow food and feed ourselves.”
– Michael Pollan, author of ‘Omnivore’s Dilemma’
FRESH celebrates the farmers, thinkers and business people across America who are re-inventing our food system. Each has witnessed the rapid transformation of our agriculture into an industrial model. Forging healthier, sustainable alternatives, they offer a practical vision for a future of our food and our planet.
