Andy will draw from his experience at 3M about making strides towards a culture of experience. He’ll share insights and tactics for getting a seat at the table, as well as a strategy for maintaining that seat. He’ll also discuss ways to expand influence and cultivate advocacy.

About the UX Group
Through creative programming and action-oriented initiatives, we aim to bridge the gap between UX and visual design, further UX in the local community, and cultivate the talent of our local designers.
The UX meetups are made possible through our collaboration with COCO, a community of dreamers, creators, and doers.
COCO is a destination for building your venture and exploring new ideas in the company of other creators. Whether you are an independent, an entrepreneur building a startup, a small business owner, or a corporate innovator, COCO is a place to imagine and pursue what’s possible.
We offer memberships that provide access to multiple coworking spaces and meeting venues.
To learn more about COCO, sign up and take a tour of any of our 4 locations here in the Twin Cities. Tours are offered every Friday at all locations, 11 to 11:30 a.m.
