Sarah is one partner of a husband and wife creative team based out of Northern California.

She originally hails from Connecticut where she grew up dreaming about being a Zoologist/Disney animator. Sarah has previously worked as a designer at Berkeley agency Tomorrow Partners and letterpress stationer Hello!Lucky. When not jamming on work for LP, she loves laying out in the sun with a good book and her feline companions.

Bobby C. Martin Jr. is a founding partner of OCD | The Original Champions of Design, a branding and design agency with clients that include ArtPlace, Friends of the High Line, Girl Scouts of the USA and the Museum for African Art.

Prior to founding OCD, Martin developed the brand experience from the inside out while leading internal design teams at Nokia and Jazz at Lincoln Center.

His work has been featured in BusinessWeek, Fast Company’s Masters of Design 2010, and GOOD and has won awards from AIGA, the Art Directors Club, D&AD, Print and the Type Directors Club.

Martin has spoken about design at several conferences, served on the Board of Directors of AIGA/NY and taught at the School of Visual Arts.

He holds a graduate degree from the School of Visual Arts, MFA Design Program, and a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University.


Michael Shea

Currently a Creative Director in Nike’s Innovation Kitchen, Michael also served as Global Creative Director of Brand Design for the Sportswear category. He has worked on product launches of Nike Plus, Nike Free, World Cup 2006 and 2010, and other premium retail experience initiatives.

Prior to his tenure at Nike, Michael worked with a wide variety of brands and organizations including Jager DiPaola Kemp Design, Burton Snowboards, Gravis Footwear, Specialized Bicycle Components, The National Institutes of Health, The National Gallery of Art, and the Smithsonian Institution.

He received his Bachelor degree in Visual Communication from California State University, Chico, and his Masters degree from North Carolina State University in Design.

He currently resides in Portland, Oregon with his wife Kelly and son Porter.


Bonnie Siegler

Bonnie Siegler is the co-founder of Number 17 and has recently relaunched her design studio as Eight and a Half.

Recent projects include the identity and opening sequence for Saturday Night Live, identity and web design for The Daily Beast, magazine redesign for Newsweek and Parents magazines, restaurant design for Jean Georges Vongerichten restaurants in New York, hotel design for the Mercer and Maritime Hotels, book design for Sex and the City and Superfreakanomics and trailers for the Criterion Collection.

Bonnie taught in the graduate schools of Yale University and the School of Visual Arts and learned at Carnegie Mellon University.
