Registration includes:
- Admission to all five sessions, which include workshops and keynote speakers
- Refreshments at breaks on Friday through Sunday
- Access to Friday evening Cocktail Hour and Business Expo
- All Friday through Saturday Recreation events
- T-shirt and tote bag
All attendees are responsible for making their own lodging reservations; lodging is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are highly encouraged to stay on-site at Grand View Lodge, where meals and easy access to conference event locations are included. Due to high demand, rooms sell out quickly. Cancellation
A 50 percent refund of registration fees is possible by emailing designcamp@aigaminnesota.org by September 10, 2011. After September 10, all Design Camp registrations are not refundable, but are transferable to another person registering for Design Camp 2011. Registration transfers must be completed by September 22, 2011, by emailing designcamp@aigaminnesota.org. Additional fees may apply where applicable. Lodging cancellations need to be handled directly with Grand View Lodge.

*AIGA Student Member registration: AIGA Minnesota is able to offer 100 tickets to student members of AIGA at the heavily discounted Student Member price point. These will be available on a first-come–first-served basis; there will be no wait list. Student members who wish to attend Design Camp but aren’t able to secure a heavily discounted Student Member ticket are welcome to attend by purchasing a ticket at the moderately discounted Associate Member price point. Students must complete their own registrations online and pay with their own credit cards. Because of our extremely limited volunteer resources, we are unable to accommodate registering blocks of students or processing group payments via check or institutional credit card.
