Registration Rates for 2016

Registration Includes

  • Admission to keynote speaker presentations and 3 workshops**
  • Refreshments at breaks on Friday through Sunday
  • Access to Friday evening Cocktail Hour and Business Exposition
  • Friday through Saturday recreation events (Additional fees may apply for the Networking Dinner)
  • Sweatshirt and swag bag

All attendees are responsible for making their own lodging reservations; lodging is not included in the registration fee. Attendees are highly encouraged to stay onsite at Madden’s, where meals* and easy access to conference event locations are included. Due to high demand, rooms sell out quickly.

*Meals are included in the Meal Plan Package. If you are staying onsite with the Lodging Only Package, you can purchase individual meal tickets online before September 17, 2016, or you can purchase meals at one of the other dining options at Madden’s during Design Camp. Please note that meal ticket sales will not be available during the event.

Cancellation

If you register and are unable to attend, please email designcamp@aigaminnesota.org by September 10 for a 50% refund of conference fees. No refunds will be available after September 10, 2016. Additional fees may apply where applicable.

Lodging cancellations need to be handled directly with Madden’s.

Conference is subject to cancellation or change. Liability is limited to funds remitted for conference registration. Speakers are subject to change without prior notice. 

Privacy Policy

Your registration constitutes permission to use photos and audio/video recordings taken of you at the event or program for promotional and educational purposes in connection with AIGA Minnesota programs and activities, in corresponding publications, in AIGA Minnesota’s archives, and on AIGA Minnesota’s websites and social media presences.

*AIGA Student Member registration: AIGA Minnesota is able to offer 100 tickets to student members of AIGA at the heavily discounted Student Member price point. These will be available on a first-come–first-served basis; there will be no wait list. Student members who wish to attend Design Camp but aren’t able to secure a heavily discounted Student Member ticket are welcome to attend by purchasing a ticket at the moderately discounted Supporting Member price point. Because of our extremely limited volunteer resources, we are unable to accommodate registering blocks of students or processing group payments via check or invoice. Student members may register themselves with a personal credit card and/or educational institutions may register a group of students, space permitting, using our online registration system with an institutional credit card. Note that students who are not members of AIGA will be charged the nonmember rate.

Note that to be eligible for the heavily-discounted student rate, you must be a full-time student as of October 7, 2016.

**Workshop admission is limited for each session and is assigned on a first-come-first-served basis during registration. Early registration is recommended to increase your chances of getting admission to your preferred workshops.
