AIGA Minnesota’s Design for Good and The Common Table, a network of people from the Minnesota food and design communities, collaborated to create an interactive exhibit titled “The Common Table: Minnesota Eats” at the 2015 Minnesota State Fair.
Geek Girl Nancy Lyons, who is founder and CEO of Clockwork Active Media Systems, tackled a tough subject on August 27: tension in technology. She brought the facts, a lot of fun, and a challenge to everyone in attendance to start thinking differently about technology in the creative space.
Kicking off the AIGA Solopreneurs three-part series was the September 9 panel discussion, “Best (Solo) Practices: Getting Contract Work.” Held at COCO Uptown, this discussion was moderated by our committee’s own Michelle Schulp, who led four panelists through the gamut of the contractor experience.
